Our website is owned and managed by Vinousbosch Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa under company registration number 2021/955999/07 whose registered office is at Unit B32 Pinot Mews 1, Nuutgevonden, Stellenbosch, 7600 South Africa, and are referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms and conditions. 



The copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and all content or material on our website belong to us or our licensors.   In addition, the designs of the single-serve glasses and other products featured on this website are the property and exclusive right of OneGlassWine (registered in France, OGW – ¼VIN) which Vinousbosch Technologies (Pty) Ltd has been granted sole rights to the registered technology, designs and design patents for all of the single-serve glasses and other products in South Africa and other African countries. All rights are reserved.



Our website contains information relating to our business and products.  If you are a business and you would like to purchase any of our products for re-sale, please complete a Stockist Application Form.

Please do not try to gain access to any networks, servers or computer systems connected to our website, or use our website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our servers or networks or interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of our website.

Except to the extent expressly permitted by law and not capable of exclusion by law, you cannot copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble all or part of our website.

In particular, if you print or download any content, please do not republish or distribute the content or use it for any commercial purpose.

If you Contact Us, then we will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
